Online Technical Support
For a fee of £25.00 per incident we can provide remote technical
support and fix many problems without a visit being necessary. Our
Microsoft Certified Partner can provide
assistance to you with many Microsoft based software applications.
All you require is an internet connection and Internet
Explorer 6 or later and with your permission we can take control of your PC and
fix any problems whilst you watch. This has the advantage that if the problem
re-occurs or for software issues, you may be able to fix the problem yourself if
it re-occurs.
- Purchase your support token, you can pay by debit/credit
card or Paypal(preferred).
- We will email you confirmation and arrange a mutual time
if our engineers are busy.
- You will be directed to download a small session file
which will allow us to contact for that support incident only.
- We will provide technical support
Note that the fee is per incident and we will contact you
directly if we need further information or an onsite visit becomes necessary so
ensure you have a telephone number where you will be available whilst support
takes place. We cannot access your files and data without your express
permission and once a session has ended we will no longer be able to access your
PC.
