		<description>Another happy ending to my problem.  Dale is always prepared to go that extra mile and nothing is too much trouble.  Never makes you feel a complete idiot when it comes to computers (which I readily admit I am)  and is a consummate professional.  Many thanks once again and hoping not to see you too soon!</description>

		<description>I cannot help but totally agree with all four of the other comments made from July 13th to September 15th, 2011. Skill, patience and perseverence are Dale&#039;s hallmark. Using remote access to my computer he fully reversed a problem that had been troubling me.</description>

		<description>I first called on Dale at Info-tech Lincs two years ago when I had installation probs with my Broadband after moving house. The service was extremely quick, thorough and geared to be efficient, whilst making a real effort to save me money.

Since then, and due to a continued support network, Dale has regularly needed to minister to my former, ancient desk-top computer, culminating in a final &#039;last gasp&#039; of said machine a month ago.

Dale, as always patient and direct, advised me about replacement options. He was quite happy to help me retrieve all my work and stystems from my old hard drive, transferring them onto my new lap-top, even though I purchased from elsewhere. 

I&#039;m a writer, not a complete &#039;techno-phobe.&#039; I work well within my own knowledge, but really appreciate having a friendly, approachable person to call on for the odd &#039;silly question,&#039; not just when things suddenly go wrong.
