InfoTech-Lincs covers home computers sales, small business computer sales, computer maintenance, contract computer support & computer repairs. Based on the outskirts of Louth, Lincolnshire we are ideally located to provide quality computer maintenance, home computer sales, business computer sales, home computer upgrades, business computer upgrades & computer support services across Lincolnshire.

Locally, we deal with computer sales, computer upgrades, computer support, fault finding / fault resolution, computer maintenance & computer repair for home computers (home PCs) & small business computers. Most work on home computer and small business computer issues is undertaken in house by ourselves where possible, or in conjunction with our affiliated partners (including the creation of this web site) It is also the reason that we have included letters of commendation which have been received from clients about the work of our engineers.

Additionally; We work closely with other affiliated experienced Computer Technicians with extensive experience not only upgrading computers, networking computers & in repairing faulty computers, but also in designing solutions for (pc based) computer systems, servers & computer networks across the UK.

We originally set up InfoTech-Lincs to provide a high quality - low cost computer service for both home computer users & small business computer users who find that they need local IT support which is tailored to their individual requirements. Although the list of home and small business clients is quite extensive, all work prior to the launch of this web site has been received via recommendations.

InfoTech-Lincs are Microsoft Certified partners, & have the ability, experience & support systems to be able to supply, configure & maintain your Microsoft products. We can install the latest legitimate, licensed versions of Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP Professional onto your laptop computer, desktop computer or tower computer, complete with the available drivers, security updates, anti spyware software, pop-up blockers, firewall & anti virus software.

Unlike some larger retail organisations, we guarantee you will not be without your PC for many weeks, should it fail as we have an average turn-around time for repairs of just 20 hours* based on fitting hardware or fault diagnostics of systems brought to our premises.
* This time is quoted based on us having the required parts in stock.

For home-users, we offer FREE no obligation advice on purchasing a PC to suit your needs or even upgrading your existing PC. No hidden costs for our time. If you are an expanding business, then we can arrange an I.T. consultation to best assess your current and future needs. We DO NOT employ salespeople nor offer incentives to buy from us, meaning all advice is IMPARTIAL.

We have a wide customer base, mostly within the Louth area, enabling fast response times for maintenance and support as well as being able to offer a “friendly” service. When we sell you a new PC we offer a not only the “box”, but provide the best package that includes technical support, crucial for helping a new user to get the best out of his/her new PC.
